gtb99 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following applies when depositing funds into gtb99:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• After a deposit transaction is completed, it may take some time to be reflected in the account.
• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if verification is not complete or if a transaction appears suspicious.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions. The conditions of an active offer may change over time.
• A bonus may only be used in the games or categories specified in the offer.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gtb99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• gtb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The gtb99 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members are promoted based on regular activity and gaming participation. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits, and gtb99 reserves the right to modify them at any time.

5.1 Use of Gaming Services

All games and betting markets available on gtb99 are provided for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms and fair play is ensured. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• The outcome of each bet is independent and does not depend on previous results.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds for that bet will be refunded.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game may generally result in the bet being counted as a loss.

5.2 Betting Restrictions

• Placing a bet will not be possible if there are insufficient funds in the account.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in organised match-fixing or fraudulent activity may lead to legal action.

5.3 System Errors & Disputes

6.1 Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gtb99 platform:

• Making transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Placing opposing bets to systematically exploit bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Any form of spam, phishing, or fraudulent communication.

If any of the above activities are proven, gtb99 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary, without prior warning.

10.1 Entire Agreement

10.2 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, only that clause will be removed and all remaining clauses will continue to be fully in effect.
